Double Board-Certified Anesthesia Care You, Your Team, and Your Patients Will Trust
Inviting an anesthesiologist into your office is about more than just securing an airway; it’s about creating an atmosphere of safety and calm for your most anxious patients.
Dr. Greg Bellig is a Double Board-Certified Physician Anesthesiologist (Anesthesiology and Pediatric Anesthesiology) with over 25 years of clinical experience. As a father of five children, he understands deeply that behind every procedure is a patient who needs reassurance and a family who needs to know their loved one is safe.
Clinical Pedigree & Safety
Dr. Bellig’s background is rooted in managing the most complex pediatric cases. He served as the Director of Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia Services at Sutter Memorial Hospital for eight years. In this role, he was one of a select few entrusted with the care of infants and children undergoing complex cardiac surgeries.
He stays at the forefront of high-acuity medicine, currently maintaining privileges at Sutter Medical Center in Sacramento and John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, and serving as a Pediatric Anesthesiologist at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland.
Global Leadership with Heart
Dr. Bellig served as the Chief Medical Officer for CURE International for nearly six years, leading medical operations for a global network of children’s hospitals treating conditions like hydrocephalus, spina bifida, complex orthopedic deformities, cleft lip and palate, severe burn contractures and other deformities disabling conditions. He continues to serve on the CURE Medical Advisory Board and travels annually to volunteer in developing nations.
Inviting an anesthesiologist into your office is about more than just securing an airway; it’s about creating an atmosphere of safety and calm for your most anxious patients.
